Testimony Corner: God Delivered Me from Smoking Weed From Smoking Weed to Set Free

God delivered me from smoking weed and drinking alcohol. I'm three years sober from both, hallelujah! I was so dependent on using weed and alcohol to suppress my feelings. It was a form of idolatry and I had to come into full repentance for both. Weed had me in a chokehold.

The enemy played against my mind telling me I had to smoke every day, every hour on the hour. I thought I would never be able to stop until one day, God gave me provision.

Even though I was so deep in sin, God still cared enough about me to give me the opportunity to change my life for the better. One day, He showed me what my life would end up like if I continued to carry on the way I did.

He gave me a choice to choose Him or to continue to live my life in sin. I chose Him without a doubt! The best decision I ever made in my life was to follow my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Once I gave my life over to Jesus I felt alive for the first time in years! If He can show me mercy and deliver me from my sins, He can do the same for you!
