You will receive a follow-up email from our Donations Manager requesting proof of need, if applicable. Proof of need is not required for grocery or children’s item requests; however, these requests remain subject to household limits and guidelines outlined in our policy. If your situation is an emergency (such as immediate need for shelter or a domestic violence incident), please text us within 24 hours after submitting your request. Emergency contact should be used only for urgent situations. 954-900-7643
