Please note: Life coaching focuses on helping you plan, set goals, and prepare for your future, while counseling focuses on supporting you as you process and overcome your current circumstances.

Both of our staff members are Christian women who are professionally trained and actively working in their respective fields.

Life Coaching requires serious investment and determination to push through where you are. If you’re honest and committed, you will yield the results and breakthrough to your next!

Counseling will include discussions of spiritual beliefs and scriptural principles. The client understands that this is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment, no mental health diagnosis will be given and therapist may refer client to a medical or psychological professional if needed.

Woman Heal, Inc. Coaching & Counseling Support Policy

Woman Heal, Inc. provides fully funded support services to eligible recipients:

• Life Coaching: Recipients may receive up to two (2) fully funded life coaching sessions.

• Counseling: Recipients may receive up to four (4) fully funded counseling sessions.

Recipients must choose one service option and may not participate in both life coaching and counseling services simultaneously. Additionally, recipients may not receive services from both professionals within the same six (6) month period.

This policy ensures that resources are distributed fairly and allows each recipient to receive focused support based on their individual needs.
