My experience with Woman heal has been a blessing and a honor. They have fed my family when other places were unable to do so, it truly meant more than they would ever know. I was embarrassed to even reach out because felt I would get judge or something else. But it was lies of the devil because they were so helpful,loving and caring.

Hopefully I can type as many characters as I need to express the unexpected, truly amazing gift of love, support and kindness I received from Woman Heal. This organization’s response was based on scripture “…and now into Him that is able to do EXCEEDING ABUNDANTLY above all I asked or thought.” (Ephesians 3:20). WH put my mind at ease and connected with my property manager with a “no worries Ms Gladys, we’ll take it from here” attitude. When I do get on my feet, I WILL support those who have lovingly supported me, and assist them in their efforts to make help available to people who have a need. Thank you again with ALL MY HEART ❤️.

The mission of Woman Heal is daily being fulfilled in women such as myself. As women suffer silently and day-to-day expectations continue to pile up, Woman Heal takes time weekly to curate an environment of healing for every woman. I have blessed to finally find a space where my heart can be heard and begin the healing journey after a painful divorce. Thank God for Sarah Self and this amazing team for starting the healing journey in me that I could not find the space for.

Woman Heal changed my life, not only has this community helped me grow spiritually, and emotionally, I've also met some of my closest friends here who never judged me, but accepted me, loved me and supported me, and lifted me up in prayer through some of the hardest times in my life. I have been a stay at home mom since the covid shut down in 2020. I recently went through a divorce, leaving me as the head of household for my children and I and have been trying to get back on my feet. Woman Heal helped me when I was short on my rent after receiving a 3 day notice. Which is one of the many ways they have blessed my family. Woman Heal Meet ups on Fridays, warm my heart being able to learn, laugh, cry, and pray with my beautiful sisters. I thank God for them and for the work they continue to do to bring more women to God.

Woman Heal gave me hope to breathe again after a year of non stop setbacks tried to suffocate me. Without the support I found in this organization and Sarah, it would have been near impossible to get back on my feet and start working again after being unemployed for 6 months straight.

Woman Heal has been a blessing to me and my family in the mist of a challenging time. The power of community has really restored my love for sisterhood, love & support. I have been able to navigate through a safe exit from a domestic violence relationship. I am so grateful for all the phone calls, prayers and encouragement. Most importantly the help with bills when I needed it most. Elated to say we have the keys to our new place in a quiet neighborhood. Truly healing can now take place.
