Our Friday Night Meet-ups have changed how we view community by bringing together women from various backgrounds and faith-levels.
EMOTIONAL HEALING
We partner with BetterHelp to provide women 4 free therapy sessions. We partner with K'Nya Trimble, M.S., ALMFT to sponsor two free life coaching sessions for women.
FINANCIAL SUCCESS
We are committed to empowering women to achieve financial success. To support our community, we offer four complimentary virtual seminars led by experienced finance professionals.

Our mission is to empower women through education on wellness, family support, and personal growth. We offer monthly newsletters with health tips and host four annual virtual seminars with health and fitness professionals.
