About the Role
Scribe will be responsible for taking note of or recording scriptures, inspirational words, testimonies, prophetic release, etc. during Woman Heal Meet-ups. The scribe will coordinate with the Relations Team so that notes can be sent out with their survey email on Monday morning. The scribe will also develop a method to track the attendance of administration during admin meetings and Woman Heal Meet-ups, as well as develop a method to track attendees' attendance over time.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all discussions and activities during Woman Heal Meet-ups.
Excellent organizational skills to manage and compile notes efficiently, ensuring they are ready for distribution on time.
Proficiency in digital tools and applications for note-taking and record-keeping to streamline the process and maintain accessibility. Ex. Google Docs
Ability to collaborate with the Relations Team to ensure seamless integration of notes into survey emails and other communications.
Creative thinking to develop an effective system for tracking attendance that is both user-friendly and comprehensive.
Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to both the administrative team and WH members.
Alignment with Woman Heal, Inc.'s mission and values, ensuring that all recorded content supports and reflects the organization's spiritual and communal goals.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity when handling personal testimonies and shared experiences.

Woman Heal Meet-ups is what started it all. In March of 2021 we had our first "call" and it has bloomed into such a beautiful community of women. We like to say it is "where strangers become sisters". Women from all around the globe can connect in ways only God could manifest.
