About the Role
Relations Director will be responsible for keeping communication between administration and Woman Heal members. This year we look forward to engaging the members more - checking in on their wellbeing, following up after prayer requests during services and chat, and coordinating an admin member whom they have a good rapport with to check-in. Responsible for creating a recap email that will include notes, surveys, and calendar events.
- Creates recap from Woman Heal Meet-Up and submits the final draft to the Secretary.
- The director will send a survey to collect feedback and testimonies on Monday morning following WH using Google Forms.
- Submission will be sent to the Secretary on Sunday. Secretary will submit it on Monday.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with members, ensuring open and supportive communication.
Excellent organizational abilities to manage and track member interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
Proficiency in email and digital communication tools to create and distribute informative and engaging recap emails.
Empathy and a genuine interest in members' well-being, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Ability to work collaboratively with other administrative members to ensure a coordinated approach to member engagement.
Creative problem-solving skills to address any challenges in maintaining effective communication between the administration and members.
Alignment with Woman Heal, Inc.'s mission and values, ensuring all communications reflect our commitment to spiritual, emotional, and community growth.
Experience in community management or member relations is beneficial, though a passion for supporting and engaging with others is equally important.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of members and adjust strategies as necessary for effective communication.

Woman Heal Meet-ups is what started it all. In March of 2021 we had our first "call" and it has bloomed into such a beautiful community of women. We like to say it is "where strangers become sisters". Women from all around the globe can connect in ways only God could manifest.
