Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

Social Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring Woman Heal Inc.’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase community participation. Social Media Content should reflect our 4 pillars: spiritual growth, emotional healing, healthy lifestyle, and financial success.

- Social Media Coordinator will utilize the newsletter content provided by the Healthy Lifestyle Chair and Fundraising Chair to create monthly content on designated topics.
-The Social Media Coordinator will develop a working schedule with the Graphic Designer.
- Posting schedule:
- LinkedIn: updated every Monday with monthly events & available services provided by the organization.
- Instagram: posting 5 days a week; Woman Heal Meet-Up Flyer posted MWF (in addition to other WH content).

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our audience and reflects our mission.

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, along with analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.

  • Creative thinking to design visually appealing graphics and posts that capture attention and convey messages effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills to plan and schedule content consistently, ensuring a steady and relevant online presence.

  • Ability to engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a sense of community and support among participants.

  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management is beneficial, though passion and willingness to learn are equally important.

  • Alignment with Woman Heal Inc.’s values and mission, ensuring all social media activities support our goals of spiritual, emotional, and financial empowerment.

  • Skills in video editing and content creation are a plus, as we aim to diversify our content formats and reach a broader audience.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to align social media efforts with organizational events and initiatives.

  • Commitment to staying updated on social media trends and best practices to continually enhance our online presence and engagement.

Woman Heal, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The specific purposes of the Organization are to help women achieve spiritual growth, emotional healing, healthy lifestyle, and financial success. We offer resources such as Bible studies, devotionals, and prayer groups to support women in their spiritual journey. The Organization also helps women heal emotionally by providing support and guidance for dealing with trauma, grief, and other emotional challenges. With a focus on Biblical principles and self-compassion, Woman Heal helps women develop the resilience and strength they need to overcome adversity and thrive in all aspects of their lives. Through resources such as fitness plans, healthy eating tips, and wellness retreats, we aims to help women live their best lives physically. Finally, Woman Heal recognizes the importance of financial empowerment for women and provides resources and guidance for achieving financial stability and success. From budgeting and investing to entrepreneurship and career development, Woman Heal helps women take control of their financial futures and achieve their goals.

Woman Heal Meet-ups is what started it all. In March of 2021 we had our first "call" and it has bloomed into such a beautiful community of women. We like to say it is "where strangers become sisters". Women from all around the globe can connect in ways only God could manifest.
